Alyssa is the creative behind my *amazing* new brand & website! “By thoughtfully designing a comprehensive brand identity, I can help your unique artist’s soul and dedicated work get seen, known, and build lasting trust with your clients.” A quote directly from her new website – and let me tell you, she exceeds that and more!
It’s hard to event put into words how rewarding it was to work with her. Her experience left me feeling truly seen and and known. One thing (of many) that really stuck out to me about Alyssa: her gift to listen. We would be talking about random things & next thing I know she’s elegantly written a sentence that sums up my heart’s desire on how I want to best serve my clients. The way she brought together the overall vision for my brand: from the logo, to brand color, to the modern & timeless design of my website: it all added to the incredibly special experience of feeling seen. 100/10 recommend her for your new brand refresh!
Alyssa then honored me by ask if I would photographer her branding session for her own new website!
Enjoy our exploration around Marfa!
We started our session at the beautiful Hotel Saint George. They have the coolest white-marble wall that instantly caught my eye the first time I came to town! (I want a wall like that in my house one day lol)
We had fun pulling in all her new brand colors through her clothing, wall choices and even light!
if you haven’t had a chance to stop at The Sentinel, you should consider it on your next Marfa adventure! It is so cute and their coffee/cocktails are fantastic. Also a great place to get some work done!
We had to make a quick stop at the adorable pink fire-station, across the street from their pink Court House!
The Judd Foundation Building is hard to miss!! It’s along the main road of town & has an entire yard full of yuccas!
Day Two: When booking this session Alyssa knew she wanted a lot of variety in her portraits. So when it came time to choosing her package, she jumped in on the “Adventure Package.” The Adventure Package is a 3 hour session divided over two consecutive days with travel/accommodations included! This session was fun for many reasons, as stated above, but this was extra memorable as we chose to stay in one of El Cosmico’s adorable Safari tents! After shooting at El Cosmico, we finished up at the Chinati Foundation; “a contemporary art museum based on the ideas of its founder, artist Donald Judd,” says google.
I’ve met some incredible humans while owning this business! Getting to work along side a fellow creative is something truly special! Thanks for the way you’ve impacted my life, Alyssa. I am so thankful to know you!
Here is a highlight of some of the incredible pieces Alyssa designed for my brand! Want to work with her?!
